This page explains how Wayne’s Photography handles information sent through the inquiry form.
What the inquiry form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, session type and message. You may also provide a phone number, preferred date, location or venue, and how you heard about me. Please include only information needed to discuss your photography plans.
The website also records the submission time and IP address for security and to limit repeated or abusive submissions. Anti-spam checks use a hidden field and a signed form-time token.
How your information is used
Your details are used to reply to your inquiry, discuss your plans and manage the conversation. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or add you to a marketing list.
Inquiry records are stored privately in the website administration area. A notification containing the details is sent to the photographer’s configured email address. These records are not published as website content.
Service providers and sharing
I do not sell inquiry information or share it for advertising or third-party marketing. Website hosting and email providers process information as needed to store the inquiry and deliver the notification and reply.
Cloudflare Turnstile
When configured, the Contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate inquiries from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network signals, including IP addresses, for this check and to improve bot detection. The website verifies the Turnstile response with Cloudflare before accepting the inquiry; it does not send your message or other inquiry fields as part of that verification.
For information about that processing, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy. If the security check is unavailable, you can use the direct email link on the Contact page.
Questions about your information
To ask about information you have submitted or request a correction or deletion, use the contact details on the Contact page.
Review submissions
When you submit a review, I collect your name and email privately to verify its source, your chosen public name or anonymous preference, session type and year, review text, optional photographs and your display permissions. I also record the submission time, the version of the consent text and a salted hash of your IP address to help prevent abuse. Reviews are held for my approval. Submitted photographs are stored privately and are not publicly accessible before review; photographs I do not select are deleted. Only an approved review, its chosen public name, session details and separately permitted photographs are published. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical browser and network information to protect this form, as described above. You can email me using the address on the Contact page to request correction or deletion.
